These terms cover the prompt tools on studio.stunninglight.com. By using the tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. What you make is yours to use

Anything a tool generates for you - prompt text and similar output - is free for you to use, share, and sell, including commercially and in prompt packs you sell yourself. You do not need to ask permission, and you do not need to credit us, although credit is welcome.

We do not file copyright on individual outputs, and we do not claim to own what you generate. Outputs are generated with the help of AI and may vary, repeat, or contain errors. Use your judgment before you publish or sell them.

2. What is not yours to copy

The technology behind the tools is not free to take. That includes, but is not limited to:

• the site code, page code, and tool code;
• the prompt engines, option banks, phrasing, logic, and selection systems that build the outputs;
• the gateways and any non-public files, folders, or systems behind the public pages;
• the site design, layout, copy, images, branding, and logos.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the above. You may not bypass, probe, or attempt to defeat access controls, gateways, or locked folders, or try to reach engines, option banks, or other non-public material directly.

Use the tools only through their public pages, in the normal way a visitor would.

3. Fair use of the tools

Do not use the tools to break the law, to overload or damage the site, to interfere with other visitors, or to impersonate Stunning Light Studios or BrentCORP. Do not use automated scraping or bulk extraction to pull site code, engine material, or other non-public content.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that outputs will be accurate, original, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors. You are responsible for how you use what you generate.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stunning Light Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the tools or outputs.

6. Ownership and copyright

Except for the outputs described in Section 1, Stunning Light Studios reserves its rights in original site content, code, design, and branding, to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. All rights reserved, except as expressly stated in Section 1.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use of the tools after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version will be posted on this page.
